Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care with ample time for patient interaction, thanks to 30-minute appointments and a manageable daily average of 15-16 patients.
- Benefit from 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly and the flexibility of half-day telemedicine from home.
- Participate in a shared call schedule with light volume, allowing for genuine work-life balance and never experiencing a double-booking culture.
- Shape treatment plans, focusing on preventive health and building strong patient panels quickly within an established and busy practice.
Required Job Requirements
- Completion of an ACGME accredited training program
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- 0+ years post training primary care practice experience
- Excellent clinical skills with a strong understanding of adult primary care concerns and conditions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
