Primary Care Physician VSP
About the role
CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Variable Staffing Pool (VSP) Physician to provide outpatient primary care coverage for senior patients in Seneca, SC. This is an onsite role that reports to the Associate Medical Director and offers a flexible schedule averaging fewer than 19 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for senior patients.
- Manage chronic and complex medical conditions.
- Care for seniors with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a dedicated, team-based care model.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Support preventive care programs and positive patient outcomes.

- Care for seniors with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions.

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Current DEA license or ability to obtain.
- Ability to work a variable schedule averaging fewer than 19 hours per week.
Additional Experience
- 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Experience caring for senior populations.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, or risk adjustment documentation.
Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $310,000 - $368,500 per year
