Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
- Develop long-term relationships focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve quality outcomes and patient experience.
- Utilize evidence-based medicine to deliver exceptional value-based care.
- Participate in quality initiatives that improve patient health while reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Passion for value-based, patient-centered care (required)
Qualifications
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply
- Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus

Pay
The anticipated base salary range is $182,545.00 to $273,819.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
Schedule
Monday-Friday outpatient schedule.
