About the role

Join a team of esteemed physicians and providers in a busy outpatient practice that blends primary care, urgent care, and pain management services. You will provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment. Build relationships with patients, develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and ensure continuity of care. Refer patients to specialists and relevant care components as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information
• Provide direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
• Build strong patient relationships and demonstrate excellent bedside manner and clinical skills
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and ensure continuity of care
• Communicate with patients regarding test results, follow-up care, and additional information
• Refer patients to specialists and relevant patient care components as needed

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy
• Completion of an accredited residency program in family practice or internal medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• Self-motivated with a willingness to work as a team to achieve common goals
