Primary Care Physician - Outpatient

About the role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient team in a close-knit community with affordable living, quality schools, and outdoor recreation. The area provides easy access to Baltimore and Washington, D.C., with amenities like airports and sports.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established patient panel
• Provide high-quality care
• Work with clinical support staff

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

• 6-week PTO schedule
• No weekends
• Minimal phone call duties

Pay

• Base salary of $250K–$280K
• Sign-on bonus up to $20K
• Relocation assistance
