We are seeking family medicine and internal medicine physicians to grow our teams in the Baltimore region, with opportunities ranging from small family practices to large practice locations.
In this outpatient setting, you’ll practice alongside other primary care physicians and advanced practice providers, supported by a dedicated and highly trained staff. The role focuses entirely on primary care with a Monday–Friday schedule and options for 4-day work weeks. MedStar is part of a large health system, providing easy access to sub-specialists for patient referrals.

Pay
Competitive base salary of $230,000–$245,000 per year, with additional incentives:
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year
- Quarterly bonuses based on patient volumes

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon start
