Primary Care Physician - Saint Francis Center of Hope
Position Summary
Center of Hope, part of Saint Francis, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Delaware market. The full-service Family Medicine Center provides primary care to a medically underserved population in the Newark area, with a strong focus on the Latino community. The practice emphasizes cultural component care, supported by a bilingual care team committed to delivering inclusive, patient-centered services.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred
- Eligible for Delaware licensure
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Emphasize preventive care and population health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives

Full-time schedule (36 patient-facing hours)
