Primary Care Physician | ProHealth Physicians - Adult Medicine

ProHealth Physicians (CT), part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking an Adult Primary Care Physician to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. • Two-year compensation guarantee with supplemental income opportunities (optional)

Requirements

• Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start

Pay

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 to $392,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience. Compensation may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
