Position Highlights
The position includes clinical time at the Peaks Island clinic, with once weekly clinical time at the Portland Family Medicine Clinic.
This is an outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities.
Manage a well-established patient panel with opportunities for growth.
Provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordination of specialty services.
