About the role

Join our team at one of 8 clinics in the Thornton area, part of Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC. Our practice is an independent, outpatient private practice within the Denver area, and we are an active participant in the largest IPA in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the success of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
• Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice medicine in Colorado
• Experience in providing primary care to diverse patient populations
