Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• A passion for patient-centered, preventive care
• Outpatient primary care experience (5+ years preferred)
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $200,000 – $500,000 per year.

Schedule

Manageable schedule with 8–10 patients per day and longer appointment times designed for personal preventive care, supporting work-life balance.
