Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care

• Utilize modern Epic EMR technology

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification
