Behavioral health providers are fully integrated into the primary care teams to support whole-person care. Required Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Team Care model
• Fluency in EMR systems & technology
• EPIC experience a plus
