Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD/DO) with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one
• DEA Certification
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and interpersonal skills
