About the role
Embark on a unique opportunity to join a well-established practice in Northern California as its newest primary care provider. This practice has deep roots in its community, with some patients spanning three or four generations. The NorCal community is almost postcard-perfect in the heart of the Sierra Nevada foothills. It’s one of the state’s more affordable areas and offers incredible, four-season access to the West Coast’s best nature—mountains, ocean, lakes, and more. Enjoy beautiful scenery and outdoor activities: hiking, boating, horseback riding, and more. Beautiful downtown with local restaurants, tasting rooms, shopping, and more. Incredible access to locally produced wine, fruits, vegetables, meats, and more. Lots of community events—festivals, parades, outdoor concerts, farmer’s markets, and more. 1 hour to Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, and the mountains; 2 hours to the ocean.
Responsibilities
- Inherit an established patient panel
- See 14-18 patients daily
Requirements
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine qualification
- Open to new graduates and experienced practitioners

Pay
Base salary range: $260,000 – $300,000 per year, plus annual bonus.
Schedule
- True four‑day work week (8 hours per day) for full‑time positions
- Open to part‑time role (2 or 3 days per week)
