About the role

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join The Portland Clinic's collaborative, multispecialty team as a Primary Care Physician delivering comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (or all ages for Family Medicine).

This role emphasizes proactive health maintenance, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within an innovative, value-driven model. With strong referral relationships, integrated care resources, and EPIC EHR, physicians enjoy clinical autonomy with robust support.

This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with a predictable schedule, no hospital call, and a strong pathway to partnership.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty
  • Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fully outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with internal specialties and support staff
  • Productivity expectations align with MGMA medians
  • Utilize EPIC/ MyChart EHR and telemedicine as needed
  • Participate in quality initiatives and innovation pilots
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and families

  • Compensation up to $340,000 (75th percentile)
