About the role

Endeavor Health is seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Physician, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, based in Des Plaines, IL.

Responsibilities

• Development of a clinical practice.
• A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, including morning/evening/weekend hours.
• Participation in weekend and weekday call.
• Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.

Requirements

• Licenses: Illinois Medical License or License Pending.
• Certification: The successful candidate must have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Internal/Family Medicine.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month.
• Education: Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Certification: Eligible or certified by the American Board of Internal/Family Medicine.

Pay

$222,369 - $356,709 - Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
