About the role
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their established primary care group in the CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic - Seaside.
Function/Duties of Position
- Work in a close team of new and experienced providers and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule. Monday-Friday 4/10s schedule. Light phone call only call rotation shared amongst the group.
- The acute care hospital is staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
- This is a full-time, hospital-employed position, with immediate access to multiple specialists.
- An integrated electronic medical record (EMR) platform is utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
- Dedicated administrative time is provided.

Required Qualifications
- MD/DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in a primary specialty (internal medicine, family medicine).
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.
- Active Oregon Medical License and DEA.
