Clinical Associate, Primary Care Physician

Function/Duties of Position

• Clinical CMH primary care clinic.
• Clinic Schedule: 18 hours of patient care per week.
• Call schedule: telephone, after-hours call will be shared equally with all CMH Primary Care providers.
• Supervision and chart reviews for the primary care advance practice practitioners as needed.
• Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.
• Up to two (2) hours of administrative time are allotted each week.

Required Qualifications

• MD / DO
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in a primary specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics)
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.
• Active Oregon Medical License
• DEA Ability to perform the job duties with or without accommodation.
