About the Role
We are seeking board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) with an active, non-probationary state medical license. Candidates should have an interest in geriatrics and be able to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation. They should be confident in delivering high quality primary care, including availability to patients and addressing their medical and social needs. Candidates must be driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations and passionate about their work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to patients in a variety of settings
- Collaborate with a care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide medical and social support to patients
- Manage patient care plans and coordinate with other healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, non-probationary state medical license

Pay
Compensation is above market and includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume).
