About the role
We’re building a connected, compassionate health experience focused on equitable, value-based primary care for Medicare populations. As a Primary Care Physician, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, oversee care teams, prescribe medications, and maintain electronic health records. You will collaborate with leadership to achieve quality goals and work closely with practice managers.

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active unrestricted medical license
- DEA license
- US work authorization
Skills
- Experience with geriatrics or older adult populations (preferred)
- Experience with value-based care (preferred)
- Outpatient setting experience (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
