Primary Care Physician - Baton Rouge, LA

The Physician serves as a health-care provider handling various health-related problems. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Preferrably in Internal Medicine specialty
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• This role is patient-facing and part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program
• You must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
• You will report to the Associate Medical Director
• You'll work in our Baton Rouge outpatient clinic
• You must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
