Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Manage care for adult patients in a primary care clinic
• Treat 15-20 average patients daily for routine and acute care
• Work 4 ten-hour days with a goal of 18-22 patients per day
• May include additional time for medical record completion, training, and staff meetings

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician
• Cerner experience preferred
• A basic outpatient primary care skillset
• ACLS/BLS certification required

Qualifications

• Currently serving patients over 18, but may expand to include other age groups
• Option to work with pediatric or obstetric patients if desired
• Experience seeing all ages of patients preferred

Benefits

• 13 week contract with an option to extend to a year
• $150/hour rate, totaling approximately $312,000 for a full year

Schedule

• Clinic hours: 0800-1700
• Starting in October, visit volume will be at 50% or less of the target and will ramp up gradually

Pay

• $150/hour
