Join our collaborative team of healthcare professionals at our cutting-edge membership-based concierge primary care practice in Creve Coeur, MO. We offer unhurried visits, a panel capped at 500 patients, and no insurance coding. Our practice is built on a simple premise: fewer patients, more time, better medicine. Free from volume-driven constraints, we craft individualized care plans and build lasting relationships with every patient.

Our patients receive same- or next-day appointments, extended visits, and direct physician access. We protect our physicians' schedules as carefully as we protect our patients' outcomes. Every physician dedicates one paid day per month to serving a local charity.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel capped at 500 patients, with same- or next-day access and unhurried visits.
• Deliver care beyond traditional primary care, including longevity and preventive medicine with advanced screenings and in-office diagnostics.
• Supervise hormone therapy and lead weight management programs with metabolic monitoring, body composition, and nutrition counseling.
• Manage chronic diseases with a focus on patient-centered care rather than claim-driven charting.
• Coordinate specialist referrals with support staff handling prior authorizations and referral logistics.
• Maintain accurate patient records with timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active MD or DO license in Missouri, or license-eligible prior to start.
• 3+ years in primary care, or recent graduates with strong training and references.
• Genuine interest in long-term patient relationships and the concierge model.
• Interest or experience in preventive, longevity, hormone, or metabolic medicine.
• Bedside manner that fosters long-term patient relationships.

Pay

$250,000 guaranteed base salary (not a draw or production-dependent). Full panel incentive: additional $10,000 for every 100 patients on your panel, up to 500, reaching $300,000 at full panel.
