About the role

Manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing centers, and telehealth visits. Collaborate daily with in-person and virtual clinical teams, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and utilize clinical training for procedures. Supervise NP or PA colleagues and obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care across states as needed. Engage in continuous learning, demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, and effectively communicate with patients of all backgrounds. Utilize technology to deliver high-quality care and adapt behaviors to meet patient needs. Maintain clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care, navigate uncertain situations confidently, and be committed to team-driven healthcare transformation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completion or enrollment in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
  • At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
  • State license in Washington prior to start
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for primary care and leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes
