Primary Care Physician

About the role

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join a well-established practice at PMG Gateway Internal Medicine clinic. This role will support an adult-only panel, so we are looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with an adult/geriatric focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population
• Part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and some In Basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team
• Join a dedicated, passionate, and mission-driven group of providers in this Northeast community of Portland, Oregon
• Full-time; flexible between 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, 4 days/week schedule Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Absolutely required: Additional geriatric training
• Honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current Oregon medical license
