About the role
We are seeking a full-time MD/DO Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or MedPed Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in a community-focused clinic.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient population
- See up to 20 patients daily
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Participate in onsite services such as social work, dietetics, and behavioral health
- Deliver patient-centered care
- Manage chronic conditions
- Utilize shared exam spaces and on-site digital x-ray
- Support controlled substance and chronic care teams
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD/DO)
- Valid BLS certification
- Experience in primary care
