About the role
Seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, perform acute, chronic, and preventive visits, and conduct in-office, testing, and telehealth consultations.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary care and perform in-office procedures.
- Collaborate with in-person and virtual teams through daily huddles and clinical rounds.
- Supervise NP or PA colleagues and obtain additional state licensure if needed.
- Engage in continuous learning and adapt to patient and team needs.
Qualifications
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans for certification.
- Licensed in Washington state.
- Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and a passion for human-centered primary care.
- Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and open to feedback.
