About the role
Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients within a neighborhood primary care network.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients at local clinics.
- Oversee and direct primary care services, prescribe medications, and maintain electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with leadership and care teams to meet health quality goals.
- Manage and work with practice staff to ensure quality care delivery.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Unrestricted state license and active DEA license.
- US work authorization.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with geriatric populations, outpatient primary care, and experience in value-based healthcare models.
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
