About the role

Join Hartford HealthCare’s innovative Primary Care team in Connecticut. This position offers an office-based, outpatient setting with a full-time, weekdays-only schedule. Teaching opportunities are optional with a faculty appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
• Utilize advanced Ambient AI technology to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden
• Engage in continuous professional development through Hartford HealthCare’s robust training programs
• Participate in regular clinical rounds and case discussions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care
• Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings

Requirements

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE in Internal or Family Medicine

Pay

Guaranteed base salary with an uncapped incentive bonus
