Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Evaluate and interpret diagnostic test results.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient clinical services preferred.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
Qualifications
