Job Summary
As our Family Medicine Physician, you will join an established and respected practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County, contributing significantly to our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care throughout the Santa Paula community. You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care to patients of all ages, fostering lasting relationships within our diverse community. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in mentorship or educational initiatives, guiding future healthcare professionals and advancing the field of Family Medicine.

Job Requirements
- Required: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $280,000 - $300,000
- Productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus up to $125k
- Relocation assistance up to $20k
