Primary Care Physician
The Physician serves as a health-care professional and can handle a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role will require you to work onsite at our McAllen clinic. You will report to our Associate Medical Director.

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time at Conviva/CenterWell Primary Care. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
- Contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $255,000 - $298,500 per year.
