Primary Care Physician

About the role

CenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a primary care physician for their clinic in the Villages, FL. The position reports to the associate medical director and operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license
• 1+ years of experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions
• Willingness to be screened for tuberculosis

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $255,000 - $298,500 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
