Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses, especially in older adults.
• Lead care teams, coordinate with specialists, and engage in health coaching to promote behavior change.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered culture and actively participate in clinical and operational meetings.
• Support center management, recruit patients and providers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• MD or DO in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine; current or pending license; board eligibility or certification preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel locally and nationally.
