Primary Care Physician

About the role

Deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care for patients
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Maintain electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet quality goals
• Lead and coordinate the care team with Practice Managers
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or eligible)
• Unrestricted state medical license and active DEA license
• US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Geriatrics fellowship
• Experience with older adults
• Experience with value-based care
• Outpatient primary care experience
• Bilingual skills

Schedule

Full-time role with an anticipated weekly schedule of 40 hours.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $174,070 to $374,920, based on experience and other factors.
