Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Optum
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Perform in-office procedures (optional)
- Participate in quality and population health initiatives
- Educate and engage patients in their care

Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Indiana or able to obtain prior to start
- Board certified or board eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP) or a Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
- Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
