Primary Care Physician - Adult Medicine

About the role

We are seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits in-office, via testing centers, or through telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with in-person and virtual care teams
• Utilize clinical training to perform procedures
• Supervise Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) colleagues
• Pursue additional state licensure for virtual care

Requirements

• Completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within a year
• State licensed in Arizona prior to start
