About the role
This position is for residents or fellows completing training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, aiming to provide high-quality primary care in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient panel, addressing acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth.
- Participate in continuous learning through clinical rounds and other educational modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles.
- Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board eligible or completed within the last year, with an active California medical license.
- Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication across diverse populations.
- Proficiency in evidence-based clinical practice and technology use.
- Openness to feedback, adaptability, and confidence in managing uncertain situations.
