Primary Care Physicain

Become a part of our caring community at CenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc. We are looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Daytona, FL.

About the Role

As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director and be onsite at the Deland, Daytona, FL clinic.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• See an average of 15 patients per day
• Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida, or able to obtain one
• Current, unrestricted DEA license
• Screened for TB
• Minimum of two or more years of experience
• 1+ years of experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients
• Associates who speak with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment (Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test) to ensure competency

Pay

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

• $255,000 – $298,500 per year
• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance
