Primary Care Opportunities with Lead Community Health System

About the Opportunity

Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained Physician to join our expanding Primary Care Team located throughout the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a physician, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.

Practice Highlights

• Practice Setting: Single clinic setting in the community within a network of 9 primary care locations
• Schedule: Enjoy a 4/10 work week for better work-life balance with no hospital responsibilities
• Call: Call is split between IM and FM physicians averaging to once a month
• Current Support Staff Clinical Volume: Average of 14 to 20 patients a day, providers are able to manage schedule
• Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
• Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: $316,967
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation: $10,000 (receipt based)
• CME Allowance: $4,200
