Primary Care Office Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Primary Care Office Nurse (LPN) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA.

Shift

8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Supporting the overall health and well-being of residents by delivering high-quality, person-directed care and nursing services within the Primary Care Office.
• Contributing to interdisciplinary care, supporting proactive health monitoring, and facilitating access to well-being resources.
• Collaborating closely with the Nurse Practitioner and the broader wellness team to foster a holistic, resident-centered approach that promotes independence, dignity, and thriving in place.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a senior living, primary care, or wellness-focused environment
• Prior experience in office management, care coordination, or leadership roles is strongly preferred
• Current certification in CPR, AED, and first aid (or obtain within three months of employment)

Pay

$24.72 - $32.40 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
