Primary Care -Nurse Practitioner-St Mary of Nazareth-Chicago

Responsibilities

• See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
• Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care
• Work a 40 hour/week schedule with minimal call responsibility

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Illinois
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
• Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis.

Schedule

Full-time position with a 40 hour/week schedule and minimal call responsibility.
