We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to provide primary care in a well-established outpatient family medicine practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, effective, and evidence-based care to diverse patient conditions
• Work to the top of your licensure within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Provide personalized treatment and ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Board Certification by AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
• Master's degree and professional certification beyond a four-year college
• Unrestricted licensure in Oregon and current DEA certification

Preferred Skills

• Outpatient primary care experience as an NP or PA

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $104,500 to $156,000, including base pay and bonuses.
