Requirements

• Current unrestricted licensure in Oregon
• Valid DEA certificate
• Board certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
• Master’s degree or higher
• Professional certification and licensure as specified

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have outpatient primary care experience as an NP or PA.
