About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a sign-on bonus available. The role involves 4 days in clinic and 1 day remote, working with a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space to provide hands-on primary care in a modern, patient‑centered environment that blends in‑clinic care with telehealth support. You will manage a diverse patient panel, collaborate closely with clinical teammates, and help deliver high‑quality care across both in‑person and virtual settings. The position also includes opportunities for ongoing professional learning and procedural support, while contributing to access and continuity for a broad patient population. Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient panel with a variety of healthcare needs
- Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
- Engage in continuous learning through clinical rounds
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures
- Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care
Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- Active California state licensure by the start date
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care, or 1 year plus fellowship or urgent care experience
- Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations

Pay
$143,900 – $172,100 annually
