Will join as a AP Practice Partner working with a patient centered team.
Team includes: Physician, AP, RN, MA, and a PSS (admin)
Provide Care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialist

Required Qualifications
- Able to obtain Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Certification to care for patients of all ages- pediatrics through adults
- Able to obtain Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in primary care
- Active DEA License
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $104,500 - $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
