Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Day Shift, Adventist Medical Group
About the role
Adventist Medical Group seeks to hire an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for their office in Fort Washington, MD. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat both work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses within the ARNP scope of practice. They will also coordinate care, monitor treatment progress, and make referrals as needed.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses within the ARNP scope of practice.
- Maintain case management for non-work-related injuries and illnesses that require limited follow-up.
- Conduct fitness for duty evaluations and screenings, including modified duty and appropriate restrictions.
- Initiate therapy based on evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Master’s degree and postgraduate training in a clinical specialty.
- 2 years’ clinical experience strongly preferred.
- Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
- State authority for advanced practice.
- Current Maryland license from the Board of Nursing.
- Maintain eligibility to participate in the Medicare Program.
Work Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Pay Range
$96,058.56 - $145,995.20
