Primary Care Nurse or LPN

Role: The Primary Care Patient Care RN collaborates with healthcare providers to deliver safe, timely, patient-centered care in a systematic manner. Responsibilities: Partner with patients and clinical teams to drive quality outcomes, support daily operations, and ensure adherence to mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an RN or LPN license meeting state requirements, and be physically capable of handling lifting, standing, and movement demands. Certifications: BLS certification is required, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications based on departmental needs, to be obtained within specified timeframes.
