Responsibilities include partnering with patients and team members to improve quality outcomes for an assigned panel, ensuring care aligns with mission, values, and standards.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- RN licensure in the state or compact license meeting all requirements
- Physical demands include lifting, prolonged standing, walking, and performing various movements to carry out duties
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or others may be required based on the specific unit or role
